Septuagint

The Septuagint is the only divinely revealed translation of the Hebrew Scriptures (including some oral Torah targum-like explanatory verses) mentioned in the Talmud. The translation is likened to HaShem trapping a lion in a zoo so that everyone can get close to it not just lion-tamers. After the translation was completed it was cloudy for three days. Weather-idolaters think that this means we should mourn HaShem's miraculous gift to Humanity. As for those of us who know that weather is a natural phenomenon just like the sunrise, we celebrate the miracle.
